How to complete this? I shared the outfit after getting,then shared in club as well but it doesn't count.

It might work if you have shared the outfit in Shared Portable Closet which is a feature when you have an active Prime Plus Subscription.
If sharing to the club did not complete the mission, it can only be completed by sharing the outfit after obtaining it. This prompt will only appear when the outfit is first obtained. This will be optimized in a patch soon, @K.
