The pack available in the Growth Pack event from one of the available packs is purchasable 1 time, @Andy. If you have purchased a pack, it will be sold out and you will need to complete the login missions to collect the rewards of the remaining available packs within a pack.

Each pack in the Growth Pack can be purchased one time and the rewards of the available packs within a pack can be collected after completing the login missions.
