Stolen account

A Google account was linked to my account. I tried to unlink my Google account through technical support 4 times, but my application was rejected without explanation. I provided information about purchases, and my email is also linked to the account, but I cannot remove a passenger, because in order to remove him, he must not log into the account for 15 days . I have full access to mail, which was linked to my account a long time ago, but now I can’t even send purchase receipts, since the new year has begun and the game does not display that time.

Hello, @Cactus! Please make sure that you provide the customer service all the required and accurate information and submit the account recovery request from a device that you use more often to log into that PUBG MOBILE account. If the customer service cannot approve your request, your only option is to contact them again and make sure that you provide them all the accurate and required information. Your other option is to create a new account and continue playing the game.

An excellent game in which to recover an account is to conquer the moon, since they simply reject the request, I have been trying to recover it for more than 4 months. There are questions there that I physically cannot answer since it is not me who plays on the account, but an attacker, and you suggest that I just forget about the account on which I spent money and leave it to the attacker? you're a weird support I literally have full access to my account, but it doesn't give me anything?

We unfortunately cannot help you with this any further through the community if you have already received a response from the in-game customer service and your request was not approved.
