CloudFlare Redirect Rule Not Redirecting

Hi guys. We have a website hosted with HostDime. Inside the website, we have a .htaccess with redirects. We're trying to sunset this particular website and have added redirects via the CloudFlare Redirect Rules area. The end goal is to remove the website from the server. When we have removed the .htaccess, we noticed that the redirects weren't applying. In CloudFlare's DNS panel, we have the A record set up correctly and it is proxied. I'm not able to find much online that has been any help. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks! Edit: I also want to mention that we have done this for a large amount of domains already and our approach has worked successfully except this one particular domain. This domain has a lot of different subdomains / services attached to it in the DNS but the main domain is proxied (and the main domain is the one we are trying to redirect).

You'd have to give more info, your post is just too vague to determine anything from. What's the actual domain name? Or the Redirect Rule you addeD? I would guess either you configured it wrong or HostDime is an SSL for SaaS CF partner and none of your config in Cloudflare would apply
