Installation on Debian Bookworm

I'm quite new to Linux and I'm trying to install OpenDeck but I can't get it to work. I can't run the .deb file, I don't see the option for it

i have a feeling i know why can you quit opendeck (ctrl+q or from the tray or killall opendeck) and then run opendeck from terminal with opendeck

the program starts but in the terminal I get an error with Wrong JPEG library version: library is 62, caller expects 80.
