I have other projects that use the same repo, and they don't have this issue
I still recommend reading it since it explains the core part of the problem

the strange thing is that other projects are working well, with the same exact repo
I'll try to start my server with the port and
"0.0.0.0"

Ok it's working. changed the zone from US West to US East...
looks like you have some issue..
