I had Hobby plan activated before, but it reverts to Trial.

Regarding the path forward, you'd have to upgrade to the Hobby plan. It costs $5/mo and you get those $5 as included usage.

When did you have hobby plan?
Had the same today - in my case billing happened a number of days early

I don't have the money, to upgrade right now.
the hobby account is a paid plan though? so if you stop paying for it, you would no longer be on it
Wasn't when you pay once the for hobby you get 5$ credits, every month and when you run out of it, you're required to pay?
it's a subscription, you pay 5 dollars every month
and then you also pay for the usage ( first 5 dollars of usage is free though )

I've didn't checked, but it was some months ago last time I checked the account. I wanted to spin up a project and see how it works and seen the hobby plan againg dissapeared.

If you've stopped paying, it makes sense that your account is now on the trial plan. You were removed from the hobby plan because you did not pay

I can't find any record of you ever having the hobby plan. You have the free plan RN. Please sign up for the hobby plan when you want the hobby plan.

But the services we're running & subscriprion.
So it turns out that you never migrated from the developer plan which was discontinued a LONG time ago.
Ideally, your subscription should have been canceled and your resources should have been shut down back then. I am not sure why they were still around.
