At what time does the tank spawn on the arctic base (basic and advanced) and around where?

Players receive a notification that states when the Plated Tanks are going to spawn during a match. Plated Tanks spawn outside the Missile Silo walls, usually within these locations. You will be notified if there are any Plated Tanks detected nearby, @kroletan.
