Editing my.cnf file

Hi, i have a DB deployed on Railway that i wanna edit the my.cnf file on to lower the ram usage it currently has. How can i do this?

make a repo with a dockerfile that uses your desired mysql image as a base and a my.cnf with your modifications, in the dockerfile copy the my.cnf file into thr appropriate location, then let railway build with that repo
