dear railway team, please help me since i have a problem with the billing. I dont know why my card keep being declined and now i no longer can pay the invoice

also, its very possible your bank is blocking the payment, i suggest calling them while you wait for an email back from railway

i dont know either, but the thesis level on undergraduate might be different compared to the PhD one, we are just being asked to do research that solves the problem in the society whether by providing the solutions by developing an application or research paper

Yea, the issue is that Stripe isn't going to clear anything in 24 hours
zero obligation to answer this, but how many times do you think you've tried to pay?
Resolved in DM, I don't wanna modify anything in Stripe as I think the rules are doing their job, but you should be fine for now until then.

the card i used might be invalid now since i just changed the card, i need to change the card on the payment method
and yes i have enough credit now, the problem was the card not the fund itself
