I have a question about this event, I live in Germany and I get this event on my account, but some people on the EU server, Like Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia didn't get this event. Is there some upcoming update for this region or is this event not coming in this countries?

Some events are regional-based, and they will not be available in other regions.
