The Gupshup integration always failed with Unexpected provider error.
We have a enterprise account and we follow the all step as per the documentation, still always getting the Unexpected provider error,
I have verify the userName and password directly with gupshup APIs, and able to send the SMS.
NOTE : Using a same template that was already approved by DLT.

Yes, Added UserId and Password both and it is correct

But I assume you haven't got the notification, right?
Yes, I haven't got an SMS.
If I send SMS directly via gupshup API with same credential then got an SMS.
So, this may be indicative of an issue with the implementation or a potential bug within Novu’s integration with the SMS provider.
Can you send here the workflow trigger event you are calling?

@Emil : just delete the configuration and recreate again, Still getting same error and not receive SMS.

I just signed up on Gupshup Enterprise SMS portal.
