Low FPS??????

A couple month ago, my pc used to run rethinking voxels with everything FANCY bru and it was at 100-200 fps which is insane with all that pressure
but like now rn, i wanted to use that, and when i got in, it was like 40-50 fps. can someone like help my goofy bc i tried everything. I put java and minecraft to high preformance, changed my video settings to everything like lower quality. still don work. so can like soemone help and why that sudden change happened?

rethinking voxels has been updated
it has much more accurate lighting, but is slower

rt shaders are overrated though
you really don't just want a shader because it's ray traced
