No answer for account recovery
I lost access to 2fa and submitted a recovery request. It said wait for 3-5 days, no response for 3 weeks.

What's the ticket number that was generated? Have you replied to it recently?
I recieved only confirmation code on email that i entered on recovery process, then it said wait for 3-5 days, nothing in email.
