TDLib scheduler to send notifications to users in telegram regularly
Hi, can I run TDLib on railway app? I need to schedule messages to telegram as a user. Does this will mean that I created UserBot? Can you recommend other services?
I plan to buy a monthly plan but I need to be sure that we can work together. That your terms of service is allowing this

If it’s officially provided by Telegram, it should be allowed. Userbots imo would be if you were building an app that uses selenium to log in as a user and spam other users. Since the official Telegram api allows you to log in as a user, it shouldn’t be considered a userbot in Railway’s context.

fair enough
Railway’s TOS is meant to cover their asses against people breaking other platform TOS’, seleniuming in as a user generally does. Since Telegram allows you to log in as a user, they’re clear
makes sense
Okay. SO your platform is more intended to secure the Ethernet, to use only official ways to connect to some API but you don't support breaking other's accounts, or making some spam.
Based on this you created the statements that you show on the beginning to user. Is it right?
In this way I understand that I can deploy my app to your servers)
Thank you for clear response!
