Why am I on the free plan if I am paying for PRO plan?
I have 2 teams, my default team (personal) and I created another team for my "work" stuff. Personal plan has no projects and is on hobby plan, but my other team should be on the pro plan, but when I enter it it says "paused from exceeding limits" and it says free plan. Any clues?

it's linked to my company's card so I'm pretty sure everything has been paid

doesn't seem so from my bank account
but my last payment was oct 2nd, after which I paid another 1,54$ on nov 2nd and no new payments from there. What's going on?
maybe a payment failed, you can subscribe to the pro plan again
