How does my money gets used up in railway is it like credits like 5 dollars may act like a credit and it may get deducted as per usage of the hardware. Or I will be able to access the whole service until the deadline of the plan

It's monthly credit.
If you use less than $5, it just goes back to $5 free credit next month
(assuming you are talking about the hobby plan)
you just get charged whatever you use to your card
I think he's asking this in the context of trial plan
in the case of trial plan, you get a one time grant of 5 dollars
you pay for the resources you use, see pricing here
and thus the cost will be deducted from your 5 dollars that you're given
there's no deadline for trial plan, you can keep using it until your 5 dollars is used up
then you'll need to upgrade to hobby plan
