Monitoring tools
Which of the monitoring tools e.g Grafana, Prometheus etc, would be the best choice in order to monitor logs from the application on Railway. I know that i can see logs from the dashboard, but however i need the logs older then 7 days. any documentation how to implent or how to integrate withing Railway?

Could maybe try Axiom, but Grafana with Loki could definitally work too
Axiom has a very generous free tier

I was actually planning to use Grafana with Loki
I'm sure it could, although I haven't done it myself yet
maybe it could work if we could create Loki as a service using the Docker image, and then deploy Grafana. I'm not sure but I wasn't able to find any documentation or any Github repo that includes this information from Railway.
