fill it with your unique 12 digit number. if you think you can do many accurate unique reports (at least 300-500 reports/month) to get uc rewards, please fill that unique number for all your reports. if you don't think that you can report that much, just skip it

You can check if your report is duplicated or unique here after u submit the report
