Inbound/Outbound traffic problem

I have Inbound/Outbound traffic all the time on application, but noone is using my application. In logs of application there is no requests. My application cant go in sleep mode. Is there any chance you can check what is causing this? I tried locally wireshark but i dont see anything in traffic for my application, except when i make request from postman. I sent SS of my application network and logs in my Spring Boot application to show there is no requests. I log each request in my app.
