Rails app not building
So I had a rails app deployed with a postgres db and it was working and functioning for months. After the pricing change since I was on the free tier my app got paused. I just upgraded to the hobby tier and tryed to redeploy my app but when it just says it's building for about 6 minutes and there are no build logs at all. I have no idea what's going on because the app was fully functioning prior to it getting shut off.

Does it say "Building" or "Waiting" ?
It says "building"

This is very strange, I did see something similar happen to someone building a NodeJS app, turned out they didn't have a
package-lock.json file
No idea what the issue is here though, hopefully someone who knows will step in
