Curse forge compatibility

I've looked around and i've seen no other issue specifically reproducing my issue. First I make a modpack with curseforge and get my mods. Then I go to modrinth and download iris and sodium. I download the correct versions for my loader and then I drag them into the curseforge mod folder. Sodium appears with an error and iris doesnt show up at all. My game immediately crashes but curseforge says I dont have iris. I removed sodium and now its asking for sodium because iris wont be compatible (Fabric crash logs). Ive reinstalled and it still wont appear.
