Request to delete a team account

I had previously created 3 teams for testing for another company and noticed that one of the 2 teams remained unpaid in my personal account. For about 10 months, one team kept losing money, The other team didn't get paid at all. What I don't understand is this: an unpaid team is not deleted, and I get an expense request to pay for all 10 months of team maintenance. Can you help me with this?

i dont work for railway. the team will be coming back from vacation in the next few days, so please give them several days to get caught up on the support emails
