DH only loads parts of things and not everything
I'm on multiplayer but i definately have explored that region before, so I dont know why its not loading it.

its really annoying
back up your old LoDs files for the server and delete it
download DH latest nightly in #links
increase world gen threads no./CPU preset
if that doesnt fix it, post latest.log of the session where that happened
