Hey happy to help but it doesn't open the image for me! Can you describe how you got into this situation and what have you tried?
Ok image opened! So that is most likely known problem with bad installation of curl on Ubuntu. Search here through forum or on our issues on GitHub for "curl" and you should find the solution!
