Good Everyday(Casual and Semiformal)
I need help with choosing an everyday shoe that is affordable and durable that mixes well with mostly dark colored shirts pants.
I always went with unbranded black shoes with varying style but they break after a couple months of use or just go slippers, never really got into shoes fashion so I don't know where to start.
If I have to spend more for Quality I do not mind.

Loafers, derbies/bluchers, and blucher mocs are my go-to "nicer than sneakers" shoes. What's your price range and what kind of outfits do you like to wear (more detail than "dark colored shirts pants"... What colors do you like to wear? What specific pants and shirts? Pictures say more than words)
Go into an Allen Edmonds store near you and try on a few pairs. If you can wait, buy them on sale.
If you're getting leather shoes with leather/cork bottom materials, you're going to want to get two pairs and rotate. Just wearing the same one over and over causes it to slowly rot from constant moisture exposure.
Also, Where do you live? Can you wear leather soles all year? Do you need a rubber material sole at some points for heavy rain/snow/ice?
