I can't see the items that I hold with the shaders and I tested it with my friend and he can see it perfectly fine

Ah I got the log to load on my phone. I believe “no fog” causes issues with shaders

Your graphic is Intel HD 4000 it's not recommended for use shaders. Go for some dedicated graphic card to use shaders.
Ex: GTX 1060 / RX 570 or better.
They’re just trying to use a simple motion blur shader, which isn’t going to require a DGPU to perform well

I have these GPU on a notebook and is really bad. A Radeon HD4670 of 2008 performs better. Minecraft vanilla also performs bad. Anyway is free to try alternatives obviously. Hope that these mod helps.
