Concern: Discrepancy in Billing - Excess Amount Reflecting Against Usage

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding a recent billing issue that I have encountered. I received a bill for $15, however, as per my understanding of the usage-based subscription plan, I should have been charged only $0.5590 based on my usage.
I am not in a very sound financial position, and although I can pay the $15 bill, it will cause some strain on my budget for future projects. Therefore, I kindly request you to waive this charge if possible. I understand that there may have been some misunderstanding on my part regarding how the billing works, and I will definitely go through the documentation to clear up any confusion.

I don’t think it’s the problem but worth to check just in case
