custom domain limit

Hello, I am building a SaaS that will allow my customers to add their in branded domain to their account. Before I decide to use Railsway for this project i need to know the following: 1. How many custom domains can I add per service? I will potentially (hopefully) end up with 1000s. 2. Can I manage the process of adding them via your API? I know Vercel can handle this, can Railway?

On pro plan there is a soft limit of 10 custom domains, but you can likely speak with Railway directly and share your use case for them to allow you to use thousands of domains, this would likely be a custom solution though so you may need to look into enterprise As for adding custom domains via the API, I'm not entirely sure - haven't used Railway GraphQL that much so I'm unsure of the limits, someone who knows more would likely be able to answer that though Since you're on pro plan you have access to business-class support meaning you can email Railway directly via [email protected] from the email you use on Railway and they should be able to help you directly Although considering it's around Christmas time right now, it'd probably be best to reach out after new years, just throwing this info out there though

Thanks Fragly! So Brody, what is the official word? What does the soft limit of 10 domains mean in practice? What does additional domains cost?

it would mean you would have to get in contact with Railway via their support email, pricing on this kind of thing is not something that's been discussed in public so unfortunately I've never seen pricing information on this topic.
