are my shaper graphs labled wrong on there axis? I just got a new usb adxl, trying to figure out how to set it up.

The axis of the ADXL might not be labeled the same as your printers axis. This doesn't matter and is very normal, as long as one aligns with another one linearly (you wouldn't want X to correspond to Y+Z for example) That doesn't seem to be the case for you though Your Y axis seems to correspond to X on the ADXL and X to Y on the ADXL Your printer does seem to have some issues still. Likely some wireloom issues or loose screws on the toolhead

What would you recommend for a wire loom? My cables are just being run to the tool head and are zip tied to the ptfe tube along with some paino wire run through ptfe.

From your description it seems like the wire loom would be quite stable, it could be that you have some slightly loose screws on the toolhead, that vibrate with your toolhead
