deployment on Railway - flask

I'm Brazilian and I have some doubts, could someone help me?
I'm developing a basic application with Flask, and I wanted to publish it for some of my friends. I did the deployment on Railway, but it gives an error. I tested with a basic site, and it worked at first. I will forward the link of the repository to anyone who can help me with this error...

This type of deployment is against Railway's ToS, I would not recommend deploying it on Railway

the reason it fails is probably due to Railway blocking certain packages
Ah I understand, thank you very much, the correct implementation would be with django?
