duplicate query

I'm facing duplicate query on my website live on the server, select permission and roles shows up multiple times (over a hundred), but on my local duplicate query happened only 3 or 4 times tops, I'm not sure what happened...has anyone ever experienced this problem? and I'm puzzled why is the roles and permissions called multiple times (I mean a lot) I've installed plugins for permissions like shanerbaner82/panel-roles and bezhansalleh/filament-shield btw, I'm running on octane
