When you subscribe to trial plan, railway checks your github, if it is deemed suspicious ( normally just meaning it's too new or too inactive ) then it may only offer a limited trial plan, this is to protect the platform from malicious users
There's no work around for this, you'll be able to deploy your code on Railway if you upgrade to hobby plan...
