Heya @piplup7575, a mistake of communication between our developers our accessibility team accidentally resulted in this setting being mislabeled, it actually disables the level up messages. We've adjusted this accordingly, so it should properly work now.
If you set "disable level up messages" to enabled, it will disable the messages. Still a little confusing, but we're going to adjust the entire settings command to be clearer in the upcoming weeks.
And, I've gone ahead and disabled the messages for you since that was your original intention
