System freezing randomly
I am having issues with my system freezing randomly. As in the mouse stops moving and screen dosen't update for a couple of seconds then it goes back to normal. Once it starts happneing it will do it regularly for a while, freezing for a few seconds each time before seeming to recover. Perhaps this is a performance issue under load as it doesn't always happen. A reboot often fixes things, and some times it stops by itself which is making me think it's a load issue.

Update: I think I may have figured out what the problem is
I think it's because of some ML stuff I have been trying taxing the GPU too much
I am having the same issue and Im not doing any ML stuff. Just using the desktop, firefox browsing. After about an hour I get mouse freezes, etc. I reboot and its ok... repeat.
It feels like some background process starts. I check system monitor and dont see anything standing out
same here too
check
lsusb
output and dmesg logs to see if your mouse is losing connectionsometimes bios updates can fix stuff like that.
