Error put file not work correctly

I'm trying to create a seeder to feed the bank but when I try to open the link in the interface, it gives 404. I've already: - I changed FILESISTEM_DISK to public - The files in question that will be uploaded are already in the app folder and without gitignore restrictions. Can someone help me?
