Deployments stuck in Waiting state long after GH actions complete

Hi! I am trying to set up Check Suites for my projects, but keep running into the same problem. When I enable Check Suites, new deployment is created in Railway in the Waiting state, but it never goes into Build state, despite the Github Action successfully completing. I have just one GH action, and no idea why this could be happening.
