ive had this issue too, i think you just gotta wait for an update
disable cave culling and try boot up a new world
i dont know if this is the case for the other guy but when i tried it didnt really fix it
it kinda did, like you cant see under the world, but theres this weird grid lighting pattern
the lighting issue is not fixed atm, that only fix the underwater not rendering
