cannot restart
if i run
sudo docker restart homarr it says Error response from daemon: Cannot restart container homarr: permission denied(SSH)

Why are you using sudo ?
Are you using WSL or a linux machine ?
Ssh Ubuntu server
You shouldn't need to use sudo for docker
If I don't it says this
