Because when you go on their game to see your skin it give them another player online, its only for the stats

bc they want more ppl on the game
also because there not rlly a large demand for it
nobodies gonna uninstall their game just bc they cant see their shop from their phone
plus if you miss the skin youll want to buy it more when you do get it
