Hobby plan subscription

I'm a web developer based in Nigeria.
I'm trying to upgrade to the hobby plan.
However I'm having difficulties paying for the subscription via my bank card. I'm using a Naira Visa card. The error message is that "your card does not support this kind of purchase"
Please what is the way forward on this. I really need to purchase the hobby subscription as I have moved my applications and it's all running.

your card would need to support reoccurring payments, please contact your bank to make sure your card supports that
So the issue isn't because I'm using a Naira card.
well you would be charged in USD so your would be paying whatever the conversation rate is
Please for clarity sake, when going to the bank I'll tell them specifically to make the card support reoccurring payments for railway subscription OR the card should generally be a type of card that supports reoccurring payments for any payment service.
I'm curious and need clarification, this would help me understand

If you have more than 5 dollars in that account then I recommend you email
[email protected] from the email you use on railway if you haven't already to ask how this can be fixed
