Found a near mint isaia blazer for around $350, is it worth that price?

Yes and no. They make great stuff at a waaay higher price. However, their jackets regularly sell on ebay for under $200. Overall if that jacket fits you perfectly and you love it then the price is certainly reasonable enough for what you're getting.
Are you sure it's a blazer/sports jacket and not an orphaned suit jacket?
I have heard that Isaia suits are slimmer fitting and are especially appropriate for men with a slender frames. Just keep that in mind.
That works out good for me then, I'm on the slimmer side. Currently trying to gain some weight
