I pushed this up the incent route to see if it was affecting more users. It exposed a bug in the Build Queuing system that has just now been patched. Your team was being affected and we fixed that manually....

do you have other deployments running on your account?
don't quote me on this but I think the concurrent builds are limited to 3 on the hobby plan
I have another 3 on queue, there are no deployments running right now, let me cancel all deployments
I removed all deployments and started a new one, now it's stuck in initializing
still stuck 😢
