Sarraf has about as close to wholesale prices as you're gonna get for something like this. Their website is laid out like a wholesale website, meaning that the pictures aren't great but I promise the product is good.
The one thing I'll mention is that I'm pretty sure Studebaker handmakes their chains--the links at least look handmade to me. Their prices are very good for handmade chains
