Pro Plan, Database Size, Increasing Volumes
Hey team π
IIRC the pro plan has up to 100GB shared disk. And it's $0.15/GB for extra volumes beyond that, right?
Right now I've got a 50GB instance (V2 style, using pgvector) and it won't be long before I'll need more, and I want to get ahead of it.
I can't for the life of me figure out how to increase the volume size, or attach more paid volume size, or anything like that.
All help GREATLY appreciated! π

the 100gb of shared disk is not the same as volumes, shared disk is empherial storage in the container, so not at all what you want.
not sure where the $0.15/GB number came from, but storage on the volume is charged at $0.25/GB.
but to answer the main question, you're on pro so you can email [email protected] and ask for a volume increase, be sure to give them the volume id that you want increased (open the volume and copy the id from the url
/volume/<volume id>
)Heard loud and clear, thanks! Not sure where I misunderstood the pricing but that's all good, thanks for clearing that up. π
Email has been sent!
no problem!
Just hit me (leaving this here for anyone who might find the thread in the future): The $0.15/GB number came from egress cost
