Sub-Navigation top position
Is it possible to get the top sub-navigation above the page title and breadcrumb, instead of having it below? It would make more sense for my use case (and maybe a lot of other use cases).

According to the component, it looks like there's no configuration option for what you're desiring. You might have to extend/clone/etc for something custom:
