Really just looking for the best, thickest basic grey hoodie money can buy for under $50. Friend lost my 30 year old russel athletic hoodie and now I need something new.

I'm partial to the Levi's gold tab hoodies, they're french terry and pretty thick. They were just under $40 as of last week (dunno if the Black Friday sale is over yet)

I saw this but I dont know what to think about the logos with these. I think I'd prefer logoless. Should I just go with a gildan at this point or something?
Gildan would be low quality
And I doubt they're thick given how cheap they are
I have a Gildan crewneck from before I got into fashion and it's just crap lol. It got a hole after 2 months
imo I'd go with the one with the tiny little logo on the chest vs something that's way worse quality
I think the logo is NBD and iirc it's not embroidered so you could get rid of it if you want

I was looking for something similar and ordered the J Crew 14oz Heritage hoodie last week. On sale it came out to under $50. Hasn't come in the mail yet but it seems well reviewed.

Oh nice I remember camber being mentioned somewhere but couldnt remember what it was called thanks. This is definitely a "one day" item for me. They seem to run pretty large, would I need to size up in one of them?
Normally a small in shirts and most stuff but the russel M fit me pretty well for a slight loose

Dont size up! They are meant to fit roomy and sizing down might make them too short in the sleeves
They arent preshrunk at all so when new theyre like a size and a half too big. Do a warm water wash and dry before wearing and itll shrink up and stay that way
