Railway is an infrastructure platform where you can provision infrastructure, develop with that infrastructure locally, and then deploy to the cloud.
the team, yes.
me, no.
Can you not send the logs? Looks like you’re linking to a specific deployment
I don't get it, it is the latest deployment.
which one should I click?
why did it fail though
keep in mind conductors cant look at your project
I don't know how much I should screenshot here because I have no idea why it failed
it is super long, like it repeats 10x times...

Thank you Adam, here is the log
hello, I'm still waiting for this
Can you share your code? Are you trying to clone a repo/commit to a repo? I'm not experienced with Chatwoot, but this seems like a very odd error
I don't understand it too. I tried to avoid customised the code so I think I used the template as-is
I can try to delete the service and spawn up again, but it might clear all of our current settings / data. Currently we don't have critical data yet, but I want to understand the issue, because in the future when we have real customers, we can't do that any more.
from the error @Sang Dang it looks like redis connection is timing out
I can see Sidekiq having errors with that at least
can you verify your Redis instance is running?
thanks @macwilko , I will try to check it deeper, for quick glance, all other services are up and running fine
Solution
can you connect to it though?
oh yeah it can not be connected...
I nuked the old redis and create the new one, now it can connect
🤦♂️
just have no idea, I never touch or edit them, it just worked before and now can not connect
but thanks so much @macwilko
Railway should pay you
🫂
just paying it forward, you've helped me before
