My Chatwoot instance keep crashing

If I remember correctly, after a failed upgrade, my Chatwoot instance keep crashing. I tried to redeploy multiple times but it still does not work.
Solution:

Railway
Log Explorer
Railway is an infrastructure platform where you can provision infrastructure, develop with that infrastructure locally, and then deploy to the cloud.

Can you not send the logs? Looks like you’re linking to a specific deployment

Can you share your code? Are you trying to clone a repo/commit to a repo? I'm not experienced with Chatwoot, but this seems like a very odd error

I don't understand it too. I tried to avoid customised the code so I think I used the template as-is I can try to delete the service and spawn up again, but it might clear all of our current settings / data. Currently we don't have critical data yet, but I want to understand the issue, because in the future when we have real customers, we can't do that any more.

from the error @Sang Dang it looks like redis connection is timing out I can see Sidekiq having errors with that at least can you verify your Redis instance is running?
