docker or homarr issue?
I have homarr running on a pi 4 under Casa OS. All containers seem to work fine except for the duplication in jellyfin and transmission and the extra icons.
any ideas on what to check first?

I don't think this is a problem coming from you but from jellyfin instead.
Unless you have added jellyfin twice.
Which, now that I look again, seems like to be the case
Is there a file I can blow away an redo without deleting everything? this pic shows two different transmission icons, it must be a bad config somewhere?
The doubles mean that the widget is picking 2 independant instances of each widget. So if you can't visibly see 2 apps, then I'd suggest to go in you configs and check you board file
Try and reaching for the term "transmission" or the link to the icon to see if you indeed have 2 different entries
@macmardo this should only happen if you have 2 transmission apps. Or maybe there is a bug and you have 2 configs with the exact same name so it’s pulling from them
