Trying to upgrade an existing workspace to pro, and it just made a new pro plan under a new name
How can i upgrade my existing infra to pro?

that's what I mean. It just created a new project that is Pro. Was expecting it to upgrade. Now I'm going to be double charged, one for hobby one for pro
You can disable your hobby plan after migrating to pro don't worry

hobby and pro are separate plans, you should have automatically been asked what projects to transfer, but you can always manually transfer
or is do I have to do one service at a time

Railway should make projects selectable so you can select a bunch of them and apply specific settings to all of them at the same time, that'd be pretty cool
they should prompt you with a transfer dialog so you can transfer all projects at once, doesnt seem like that has happened, or the dialog was closed accidentally
